Muhammad Idzdihar Idris was born in Johor, Malaysia on 9 December 1986. He received B.E. in electrical, electronic and system engineering from Hiroshima University, Japan in 2010. He is currently working toward the PhD degree in Faculty of Electrical and Electronic engineering. His current research activity includes the fabrication and characterization of SiC MOS interface properties.
