Abstract

: The importance of profiling personality can be observed in especially in education and human resource management. Thus they lack the ability to provide holistic and integrated personality domains of individual personality needed in dynamic and changing organization. This project aims to develop a holistic and integrated personality profiling tools utilizing established as well as new develop personality instruments. Subsequently, this project will also attempt to validate the pyschometric properties of the new personality profiling tools in ensuring it is valid and appropriate to be used. It will implement the quantitative approach utilizing the personality instruments or questionnaire as the main research instrument. The focus of the study: are academics and administration personnel. The personality instruments will be develop based on literature review related to the High Profiling Model, Tajma Personality Test, Sidek Personality Test, Oaesis and the Constructivist Grounded Theory. The sample of the study will consist of 500 respondents for each of the two categories. Random sampling method will be applied. The developed framework, will become the core concept towards developing the tool of integrated and automated profiling tools system. The system will be computer based and it will named as i-PRO (Integrated Profiling System).
