Abstract

The official visit by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia delegate, led by the Minister, His Honourable Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh to strengthen friendship ties between Egypt and Malaysia in the field of higher education. Within the program schedule is a meeting with the Grand Imam of al-Azhar, the Egyptian minister of higher education and courtesy call to all presidents of the six universities which accommodate Malaysian students in the faculty of Islamic and Arabic studies, and the faculty of Medicine. Also clarified, EME respective programs and activities in its annual calendar. The third point been discussed, about the social relations between Malaysian and the Egyptian community with the existence of cross marriages since the sixties, that lead to the birth of hybrids.
