Abstract

Designing and constructing a drone involves a combination of hardware and software configurations to precisely control its movements and enable efficient payload delivery. The primary objective of this study was to develop a drone capable of executing 3-axis movements while successfully completing payload delivery tasks. To assess its performance, a series of experiments were conducted, focusing on measuring the drone’s average speed, evaluating its maximum payload capacity, and assessing its flight performance. The results and performance were shown to validate the performance of the drone and its limitation for future development. This indicates that there is a possibility to achieve delivery service by using drones which will have an impact on logistics market, medical purposes, agricultural management in terms of cost-effectiveness, speed of production, and harvesting.
