Abstract

Technology base entrepreneurship is assumed to be one of the most important sources of economic value creation and development. Technology entrepreneurship aim at creating and capturing economic value thro’ the exploration and exploitation of the technology based solutions.To do so, they have to find their way in an existing would in order to (re) create a new one where they will be able to realize the benefit of their idea and vision. This process, which mainly belongs to opportunity recognition, raises an important issue about the ability to match current and future technologies, market needs and resources in a vision of a future business opportunity which is recognized as exciting by external actors. Politeknik Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah (PSA) hadset up the biomedical equipment calibration laboratory in October, 2010.The lab include 8substationsuch as :1)Master Biomed Station 2)Index Station 3)Gas Flow Station 4)Electrosurgical Station 5)Ultrasound Station 6)Infusion Pump Station 7)INCU Station 8)PM4_QA-PT Station
