Abstract
The Muslim community must think of the practice of Islamic law and Islamic values in accordance with the limitations on the relative ability of each. To this end, the methodology as possible must be taken, with technical, strategic and planned approach, and revise to fit any change in the situation. One should not exploit the knowledge for the purpose of the worldly and self interests. Do not ban all when in others and and lawful if the siding himself.
