Abstract

Skill and competence is the practical product and output of knowledge. The less-skilled employees are are urged either to enhance their capabilities, or are likely to receive services terminated. Actually there are a lot of chances and opportunities available, that could be used to enhance their skills, abilities and knowledge. There is no excuse for the Muslim community to sit in complacent, feel quite satisfied with what they have and boast with little success has been achieved alone.
