Abstract
Some scholars treat the issue of Shia as a minor issue, we need not to busy ourselves with, because our priority is the Muslim country that solve the problems of the ummah. The public in turn is confused to differentiate between Sunnis and Shi'ites, they are ignorant and choose the easy way to live as a free thinker. This is the reality of the dilemma or crisis between the Muslim scholars negligence and confusion of the ummah.
