Abstract
Since IPv6 takes a period of time to fully implement, Transition Mechanism has been introduced to catalyst a successful integration of IPv6 into an existing network. However, after a few years of service, some threats have been discovered in this environment. Previous research has stated and proved that this mechanism has been manipulated as a platform to perform various threats. Observe how cybercriminals can take advantage on the mechanism and empirical solution to help ensure safe IPv6 transition.
