Abstract
This company is a tempe processing company. The problems that are often faced by the company are for the process of drying out and packaging the tempe. In addition, the company is wrapping the tempe that has been processed manually. It requires a large number of employees and subsequently increases the operation costs. The increased demand of the products plays an important role for the company to progress. But, the company cannot fulfill this demand if it is still using the old method.
