Abstract

Unmanned Surface Robot (USR) is becoming increasingly important in various industries. USR also known as Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV). USR are operated with little to no human interventions, and they perform missions automatically to the pre-programmed location and return to home. The USR offers numerous advantages over traditional USVs. Their ability to perform tasks like environmental monitoring, maritime surveillance, and offshore operations makes them invaluable in today’s world. Designing an Unmanned Surface Robot involves careful consideration of its mechanical, electrical, and software components. The hull, propulsion, power supply, navigation and control, communication, and sensing systems must be designed and integrated seamlessly. Various experiments were carried out to validate the stability and reliability of the USR based on SolidWorks software and then fabrication of the USR to validate the performances of USR between simulation.
