Abstract

Module 2 builds upon the foundational principles introduced earlier by continuing the exploration of strategic management functions, including planning, organizing, leading, controlling, marketing, and financial management, each of which plays a critical role in fostering organizational growth. Students will engage with these thematic areas through a student- centered learning (SCL) framework and an outcome-based teaching and learning approach. This module design encourages critical analysis of the roles, processes, and dynamics inherent in business and organizational management. Throughout the module and its associated coursework, students are expected to apply a range of analytical tools, techniques, and methodologies to evaluate and address complex, real-world challenges within business and organizational contexts.
