Abstract
This research focus on the worker’s capabilities and innovativeness in ICT SMEs. This research was conducted on ICT Companies in the Klang Valley. The worker’s capabilities is defined as the way to carry out their task based on their level of innovativeness. Worker’s capabilities through the learning factors and training factors can create a new method to improve work performance. Clearly, the emergences of information and communication technology (ICT) have changed the way for workers carry out numerous tasks in organisations.
