Abstract
A unique tyre which does not require inflating anymore operator by hydro-gas. The present invention relates to hydro-gas airless tyre comprising: first rim having hub mounting plate; and rim core; second suspension cylinder; Capsule; inserted through suspension cylinder is then fastened to bottom mount by connecting rod, Retention cap; with a hole for loading shaft to go through is mounted at the top surface of suspension cylinder, Loader pad ; the primary impact receiver attached to loading shaft of capsule with the help of connecting pin, loader pad; arrayed radially across the width of the rim, while the skin; is the most outer layer made of synthetic rubber providing continuous and evenly covered surface for loader pads acting as tyre, which primarily receives the impact/loading from the uneven road surface. Since the load is exerted on individual loading shaft, and they are not at all interconnected with other parts, the system is easily repairable and maintained besides enhancing performance and life span of the Hydo-gas Airless Tyre (HAT).
